Will I get my order on time?

We are always committed to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and we’ll absolutely do our best to meet your needs. Keep in mind, the current climate is evolving at a rapid pace, and some shipments may experience delays that are beyond our control (i.e. federal or state mandate). Given the extraordinary impact of COVID-19, we are currently unable to guarantee our delivery dates.

Can I still order any of the items in your catalog?

Most of our suppliers are operating normally, but as each day evolves the situation may change. If a product is unavailable, we'll reach out to you as soon as possible and we will find an appropriate substitution for you.
